With a newly minted Bachelor's degree in Computer Science-Cybersecurity from Trident University International and a Security+ certification, I've recently joined Northrop Grumman as an Information System Security Officer. At the forefront of safeguarding sensitive information, my role involves auditing and managing system security posture, ensuring compliance with critical standards like NIST SP 800-37 and the DAAPM/JSIG.Previously, at RTX and the United States Air Force, my expertise in Splunk Enterprise and SCAP played a pivotal role in vulnerability assessment and POAM management. My efforts in enhancing security measures have been integral in establishing a robust defense against potential threats.
