Developed management policies for donor database of 700+ accounts, organized and promoted a virtual community education event on COVID vaccination rollout and policy, coordinated stewardship components for Federation's LIFE & LEGACY endowment program, and provided additional administrative support as needed.

Helped conduct donor research, made donor fundraising calls and voter persuasion calls, and regularly update the NGP database.

Benchmarked with six peer architecture schools on Annual Giving and Alumni Engagement best practices in addition to gathering information on 12 other institutions. Presented a report of recommendations to the Taubman College Advancement Team. Found 225 Taubman College Alumni after researching 127 architecture firms nation-wide in order for Taubman College to better improve their outreach to alumni.

Worked as an intern at JUF's Leadership Development Department, focusing on forming JUF Committees for volunteers to serve on, planning and preparing materials for JUF's Annual Meeting, and worked to brainstorm ideas for JPRO Chicago-a network of Jewish Professionals working in the Chicagoland area. Skills used included doing research on donors and compiling profiles for staff to review in meetings, updating and proofreading materials for the Annual Meeting, and inputting data into spreadsheets to be used for records for staff.

Cabin counselor for 13 year-olds. Planned programs relating to special theme days and prayer services. Ensured the physical safety and health of 11 campers throughout the 8-week summer. Collaborated with other counselors and staff members to plan engaging and educational programs for the campers. Acted as a bus captain at the beginning and end of the summer and was responsible for overseeing the safe transport of 50 campers from the Chicagoland area to and from camp. Also participated in an intensive 3-day Israel Seminar in May 2017.
