• Assist in managing employee documents and data such as contracts, agreement letters and managing employee databases.• Responsible for the recruitment process, including contacting candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating tests.• Collect and screen CVs and communicate with prospective employees.• Support the maintenance of HR databases and systems.• Assist in the management of the performance appraisal system.• Assist in the implementation of training and development to improve employee skills.

• Assist in research and data collection related to training needs and participate in the creation of training materials, presentations, modules and guides.• Fixation and evaluate of SOPs and job descriptions for each division.• Compile, distribute training need analysis to each team leader and process TNA results.• Collaborate with HR managers and cross-departmental teams to understand employee development needs.• Analyze evaluation data to improve the quality of future training programs.• Induction training and prepare all training needs.

• Organize meetings, gatherings or conferences to ensure the parties involved can work well together.• Manage schedules and logistical arrangements for cross-organizational meetings.• Being a contact person for all committees and participants to communicate with each other during the activity in order to comply with the deadline that has been determined. • Create and build a good relationship between the committee and the participants. • Provide input and recommendations that are based on an in-depth understanding of the positions and needs of all parties.
