There is no intermediary: GiveSafely.io has no access to the donations or data, and receives no transaction fees. When donors give and share data, they are rewarded with GivingPoints. GivingPoints are redeemable for online experiences with any of the participating charities. The reward experiences are designed to connect the donor more intimately to the charity’s mission. Worked directly with charity staff to provide technical assistance to adapt organizational practices and policies to meet Standards where necessary. The reports are based on national panel surveys and seek to help the sector identify and fill gaps in donor trust.
