Managed development, launch and growth of GiveSafely.io. The platform uses blockchain technology to arrange peer-to-peer relationships where donations and data flow directly from donors to the intended charities while securing donor information. There is no intermediary: GiveSafely.io has no access to the donations or data, and receives no transaction fees. When donors give and share data, they are rewarded with GivingPoints. GivingPoints are redeemable for online experiences with any of the participating charities. The reward experiences are designed to connect the donor more intimately to the charity’s mission. All charities listed meet the 20 BBB Standards for Charity Accountability.

Evaluated national charities' governance, finance, self-reporting and fundraising practices against the 20 BBB Standards for Charity Accountability. Worked directly with charity staff to provide technical assistance to adapt organizational practices and policies to meet Standards where necessary. Published reports on Give.org.Co-founder and co-author on the Donor Trust Report series on the state of public trust in the charitable sector. The reports are based on national panel surveys and seek to help the sector identify and fill gaps in donor trust. • Researched and developed Information Resource / Engagement Platform to host conversations among indigenous development actors, create policy documents and help disparate local actors share knowledge and successful innovations

• Conducted literature review of interventions targeting the provision of maternal and infant health care in Latin American indigenous communities, interviewed experts and produced draft report outlining policy issues and best practices to inform Conditional Cash Transfer program design and revision

• Collaborated with interdisciplinary team to produce implementation report designed to inform local and state policymaker decisions regarding land use, environment, policy and social development in Vieques, Puerto Rico; presented findings to local policymakers and President’s Task Force on Puerto Rico• Conceived and implemented governance and civic engagement research agenda, established contacts and traveled to conduct interviews with policymakers and NGO, municipal and civil society leaders in San Juan and Vieques
