The Division is responsible for the supervision and execution of complex projects of key importance to the strategic goals of the Tel Aviv Municipality. Responsibilities:• Responsible for annual budget of $ 25 million• Managed multi-million dollar infrastructure, development and construction projects• Overseeing budgets and timelines and supervising over 100 contractors and sub-contractors• Liaising with municipal departments, national authorities, private contractors and public institutions to obtain authorizations, oversee delivery, and troubleshoot issues• Projects included laying infrastructure for new neighborhoods and commercial areas, renovating existing streets and structuresMajor Accomplishments: (see Selected Projects for more detail) • Revitalization of Ibn Gvirol Street, one of Tel Aviv’s most central and bustling streets. Budget: $ 50 million• Transfer of high tension power cables to subterranean tunnels under the country's busiest highway. Budget: $ 30 million
