I am Ezra Sieffers, and my story, like every other person, makes me unique. I grew up in Suriname, where I learned a lot about other cultures and diversity. Periods of illness and depression taught me to persevere even when my body worked against me. That is why I get energy from finding challenges and pushing the limits of my capabilities. I am passionate about solving (complex) strategic issues and helping people. Because of this passion, I am involved in many different things. Within Sports Management & Business, for instance, I am part of the research team, honours programme, education committee, and an ambassador for Temple University (USA). Outside my studies, I focus more on strategy, which I do in various organisations as an intern, board member, and advisor. If I had to describe myself in one sentence, it would be: 'A young professional with a heart for business, a brain for strategy, and an eye for people'.
