Co-founder of EthosCE, where I grew and successfully sold the company to private equity. As co-founder, my roles here were varied and included:* Product manager, where I led product managers and business analysts to collect data from customers, competitors and the market to develop product strategy and features. Deeply involved in user exerience and interface design.* Chief technology officer where I hired and led a development team of software developers, QA analysts, designers and product managers. We migrated from legacy server-based on-prem data center to cloud-based kubernetes containers AWS in 2016.* Compliance officer. At EthosCE we successfully obtained and maintained SOC2 and PCI compliance. * Customer onboarding and operations. Designed processes for customer onboarding including automation, training and workflows. Personally onboarded dozens of customers and developed lasting relationships with healthcare professionals at hospital systems and professional medical associations.* Sales. As a co-founder I gave inumerable on-site and virtual demos, designed solutions, pitched to hospitals and health systsems and supported sales to make deals happen.* Marketing. I lead SEO/SEM efforts, hired vendors, wrote blog posts, attended and spoke at industry events.
