As a technically astute, change and transformation driven Business Analyst, I have gained hands-on experience delivering business critical projects which have realised significant benefits. This includes various solution and system implementations, such as ERP systems, data warehouse capability, SaaS solutions, applications and portals, in addition to various process improvements and re-engineering.I am a methodical thinker with the ability to evaluate organisational structure and IT architecture to identify end user needs, understand pain points and create sustainable solutions. I utilise data modelling and business intelligence to develop strategic change initiatives, including solutions to automate systems and increase efficiency.As a Scrum Master, I am equally strong leading a team and keeping projects on track using robust governance frameworks, agile methodologies and risk management, which has consistently achieved and exceeded all stakeholder management expectations.My academic credentials include degree qualification and further training courses to progress my career in business analysis, including ISEB in software testing, ITIL foundation v3 and Scrum Master certification amongst others.
