Codingo is an online academy for kids and young people (8-15) years old who are interested in the computer field. We help them take their first steps in becoming the next software engineer by teaching them the basics of computer programming using scratch, python and front end development. Not only care about the technical part but also try to develop their soft skills from a young age by developing new techniques in learning, making the learning more interesting and interactive with both other students and instructors.Main duties:-Teaching scratch and basics of computer and developing course materials.-Developing and maintaining a company’s vision, mission statement, and strategic plan.-Setting up systems and procedures to ensure the academy’s success over time.-Recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and managing all members of the company’s staff.-Communicating with employees about company goals, objectives, and policies.-Evaluating new technologies and business practices to determine their potential impact on the company’s operationsCodingo FB page: https://www.facebook.com/codingoo
