As recruiters, we ensure that even if all options seem to be exhausted, we go above and beyond to ensure a accurate, high qualifying rate of show. I used to work at the company part time, to full time, and moved up very quickly to a position of recruiting within just ONE month and persistence in showing the president of the company I could take on many recruiting projects at a time. I was awarded Employee of the month within that same month for a "phenomenal rate of show" on each project. I am an extremely patient, and love taking the time out to educate and recruit people for surveys. I am persistent in an ethical manner and really take the short time needed to connect with potential participants. I now requested to work remotely and still bring the same phenomenal results from my home office.
