Ezzy is a data strategist focused on moving advancement and alumni relations teams forward to achieving and exceeding their fundraising goals. As a learning-focused leader, Ezzy strives to engage colleagues in meaningful ways in order to build capacity in the areas of data integrity, analysis, gift processing, prospect analysis and reporting. She moved to British Columbia from Washington State and has r over 20 years of non-profit experience and strong knowledge of the fundraising continuum and industry best practices. She has fundraised for, and led operational efforts, in social services, higher education scholarship programs, the health sector, and social justice arenas. Ezzy earned her undergraduate degree in Communication from Western Washington University. She also holds a Master of Non-Profit Leadership graduate degree from Seattle University. One of the first programs of its kind in the United States, the program is designed to help of inspire and effect the kind of change that results in lasting impact on organizations and communities.
