Assisting the smelter engineer in :- Supervising the production process of ferronickel.- Improving production equipment to enhance production efficiency and quality.- Developing regulations and management systems.- Preparing reports for the manager.

Studying and Learning how to :- Supervise the Drying Process from Wet Ore until it becomes Dried Ore- Supervise the Calcination Process starting from the Batching Station/Mixing Plant until it becomes Calcine- Supervise the Smelting Process from Calcine to Crude Ferronickel- Inspect every division in the Smelter area. Including inspecting the condition of the equipment, all employee work reports, and 5S.- Ensure all work is carried out according to standard operating procedures.

Learning and understanding of the ferronickel processing from the grade control drilling process (Geology), then mine planning mine engineering (Mining), until smelting process using RKEF technology (Metallurgy).
