Quality Controller
• Developing and implementing a quality management system:- Establishing and updating quality policies and procedures.- Providing guidance and training to employees on quality system requirements.- Ensuring employees' adherence to quality procedures.• Monitoring and evaluating performance: - Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with quality system requirements.- Follow up production lines, take samples, and evaluate them.- Analyzing data and quality indicators to identify trends and potential improvements.- Assessing customer satisfaction and analyzing their feedback to improve quality.• Risk management and continuous improvement:- Identifying potential risks in company operations and providing recommendations to mitigate them.- Coordinating and monitoring the implementation of continuous improvement plans.- Managing the response to complaints analyzing them to identify root causes and implementing preventive measures.• Collaboration with other teams: - Collaborate with production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.- Collaborate with menu plan design teams to define quality requirements and ensure they are met.- Conduct verification of product labels and contents in cooperation with the Policy and Legislation Department. - Interact with external service providers and suppliers to ensure product and service quality.• Documentation and quality reporting: - Preparing periodic quality reports and statistical analyses.- Documenting records, technical reports, and documents related to the quality system.- Providing recommendations for improvement and change within the quality framework• Implementing the Hazard Analysis and Critical Points System (HACCP):- Writing the HACCP plan. -Knowing the distribution of areas and identifying risks.- Follow up and ensure that the requirements are correctly
