I have fifteen years of experience in higher education as a scholar and lecturer. My work as a teacher has focused on strengthening students’ core writing and communication skills, whether they are highly proficient writers exploring complex ideas or second-language speakers gaining confidence expressing themselves. More recently, I have begun working with high school students as a tutor and coach.My own writing and research has focused on the field of Film Studies, where I have published a book and multiple peer-reviewed articles. I have also facilitated broader collaborative projects in written, audiovisual, and digital media.
