About Francesco Del Re

I'm an aerospace engineer and a lean six sigma black belt for the manufacturing industry.From July 2015 to March 2022, I worked at University of Naples Federico II as a Continuous Improvement Engineer in the R&D area, being involved in the industrialization and optimization of complex manufacturing processes through lean six sigma methods and the technology transfer of these latter at the industry level. During those seven years, I had the opportunity to collaborate with world-leading companies in the aerospace and automotive sectors, such as MBDA, Avio Aero (a GE Aviation business) and Centro Ricerche FIAT (CRF, a FCA business).In April 2022, I joined Sinter Sud company (a Hyperion Materials & Technologies business) as plant lean manager, in charge of continuous improvement program and lean six sigma projects management.
