Two last years, I was internship in parliament library.that library depended to islamic Parliament of iran, that place so near to parliament.we used there from electronic reference services, I did get to know, how we could help user with electronic reference services, however, before that I knew Theoretical science about it and I didn't Experience ERSarchive section of there, are collected with all of document that published in iran.that library has exactly complete archival collection.any way,internship is a good opportunity to learn practical science.
