Felicia has obtained a B.S. in Anthropology & Sociology , a graduate certificate in Nonprofit & Public Management as well as a professional certificate in Nonprofit Program Evaluation; is an entrepreneur and sole proprietor of Ohio-based Cornerstone Analytics, LLC. bringing over a decade of research academics and professional experiences in criminal justice, juvenile diversion, public administration, federal regulatory communications, vocational rehabilitation, early childhood education/early intervention and family health services. Having served on the Multnomah county Aging, Disability & Veterans Services Advisory Council, Felicia also collaborated on the design and implementation of the County Human Services Department’s nationally-recognized “Evaluating for Equity & Impact: Understanding the Impact of a AAA-Sponsored Funding Opportunity” project, receiving the n4a Aging Achievement Award among agency operations. A stern advocate, passionate about inclusive education/higher education, child/family welfare, trauma-informed care, mental health and disability/civil rights, Felicia seeks to broaden her professional expertise and commitment to improving social service programming through the promotion of ongoing professional development opportunities, organizational capacity-building strategies alongside quality research and evaluation practices. With any spare time, she can be found photosynthesizing in the garden, hiking, fishing or pondering the wiles of life with her dog, Cooper, by her side.
