Coordinates with the Quality Assurance department, Specialists, and County Management teams to conduct CQI site visits. Verify that Federal, State and OCDC regulatory policies, procedures and systems are being properly documented and implemented by using established CQI methods such as interviews, document reviews, and observations to gather data. Produce reports that reflect the results of CQI activities and provides analysis of findings. Lead and coordinate ongoing data assessment projects to evaluate agency outcomes.

Data Collection: Gathers the necessary data to ensure program compliance with Head Start Performance Standards, Oregon Office of Child Care regulations, and other applicable rules. Uses established monitoring methods such as interviews, document reviews, and observations. Collects and reports monitoring and assessment information. Develops appropriate graphs, charts, and tables to represent the findings of each monitoring site visit.
