I am go-getter and challenge seeker, with experience in adaptive, fast-paced environments with a history in balancing multiple projects with quick turnarounds and tight deadlines. Personally, I am an outdoor adventurist who loves to explore, and, when stuck indoors, escapes into books. I have 3+ years of public accounting experience where I led audits focusing in the industries of non-profit, health care and low-income housing, with additional experience in various other industries. After migrating to the fast-paced, start-up lifestyle, I expanded my horizon as a part of the accounting, then finance team. Starting as a Senior Accountant, I advanced to Revenue Manager in less than 3 years, where I managed the company’s $2.5 billion run rate, and helped the revenue accounting team grow 400% to keep up with the burgeoning company that expanded from 60 locations to over 600 in my tenure. Expanding on my repertoire of documenting processes and procedures, I collaborated with, then joined the Financial Leadership & Operations Strategy team. As FL&OS Global Implementation Manager I assisted in the expansion and decentralization of the accounting department to the 5 new regional accounting teams: China, Japan, Asia-Pacific, EMEA, and Latin America. A position that incorporated my love of travel with accounting. Both professionally and personally, I am always up for new challenges and adventures.
