I am the Western Vice President for Bibb Engineers, Architects and Constructors in Kansas City MO. I am located in their Boise, Idaho. I provide project management and development support for all sizes of power plants including small power plants using reciprocating engines to large scale combined cycle projects. Also, provide high end consulting services to clients as they decide on generation needs. Experienced with helping clients work with utilities, negotiate agreements with equipment suppliers and providing assistance with O&M concerns. I am also looking for business development opportunities that support our clients with exceptional customer service and engineering consulting. I am also on the ASME Power Division Executive Committee as the 2016 Secretary and Treasurer.

At Idaho Power, I worked in a variety of areas such as Demandside Management, Transmission and Distribution and Power Production. While there, I was the project manager over several large power plant construction projects. I also gave expert testimony to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, negotiated large service power agreements with industrial customers and managed several departments.

At Albertsons, I was a member of their Design and Construction team providing engineering and management support for an aggressive new store and remodel program during the early 1990's. Albertsons opened a new store and completed remodeling a new store every week. We worked on HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and structural design in the retail business.
