Managing projects for the Public Improvement group related to Sound Transit's Federal Way Line Extension and Downtown Redmond Line Extension projects to expand the Light Rail infrastructure and WSDOT's expansion of SR-509.Manage scope, planning, costing, execution and closeout of multiple projects ranging from new infrastructure installations and upgrades to system improvements under minimal supervision.Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budget and risk management to ensure successful project outcomes that complies with contractor's and municipality's requirements.

Developed my Course Project working closely with the technical department at national level. It consisted in a re-design and improvement of the thermal power plant located at the factory, achieving a 6% performance increase and a decrease of 11% and 49% of fuel and water consumption respectively.Oversaw the production process end to end, issuing QA certificates and liaising directly with 15 of the largest and most important clients. Took responsibility in a team effort that led to the 50% reduction of the annual Nonconformities (NC) by rigorously applying the Kaizen method.
