FINANCE:- Oversee and prepare cash flow planning.- Oversee and prepare financing strategies and activities, as well as banking relationships.- Ensure that the organitation complies with all legislation covering taxation.- Administer the funds of the organization and ensure availability of funds, as nedeed.ACCOUNTING AND ADMINISTRATION:- Prepare and supervise Company´s accounting, analyse the financial results. - Prepare financial statements and financial reports.- Prepare and comunicate of monthly and annual financial statements.- Coordinate annual financial audit.OPERATIONS:- Participate in key decisions as a member of the general manager´s staff.

- Prepare and manufacture the accounting of differents companies and make reports to the tax department.
