As a member of the HR leadership team of Bridgestone EMEA I lead the People Solutions area, focused on providing excellent services to our employees and managers located in 30+ European countries. People Solutions teams, located in 10 countries, take care of processes like payroll and post-payroll processing, employee data maintenance and management, regulatory and internal reporting or labor cost budgeting and controlling.

With matrix reporting to VP HR EMIA and VP Manufacturing EMIA I provide HR strategic support to the Manufacturing function. Bridgestone Manufacturing network in Euope includes plants in Spain, Poland, Hungary, France, Italy and Belgium, plus a corporate team in Rome.Supported by local HR Business Partners in our 10 plants, I ensurd the proper implementation of Bridgestone EMIA HR policies and programs and a proper management of talent in the organization, provide strategic HR advice to Manufacturing management, promote constructive labor relations and lead key HR projects in the Manufacturing function like: deployment of Bridgestone Manufacturing Excellence (B-ME), the integral management system structuring Manufacturing operations; different restructuring programs in various countries, including the colusure of Bridgestone plant in France, collective bargaining agreements in Spain, Italy, Poland, France and Belgium and several Talent projects, initiatives and actions aiming to support business transformation with growing our teamates capabilities, ownership and engagement.

HR is organized as a pan-European department in three pillars: HR Business Partners (allocated to each business unit), HR Center of Excellence (that issues global HR policies and designs global programs) and HR Operations, that provides the full range of HR services. I lead HR Operations, that provides its services to the whole organization from three regional service centers and 17 "satellites" (located in main business sites). The team is made up of around 100 members of nine nationalities.Main projects:• HR transformation; from a traditional local structure to European organization based in Ulrich’s 3 pillars model. • Create HR Operations organization in all Europe (2013 / 14), with teammates located in 3 main hubs, plus other 15 locations in 11 countries. • Migration of all European entities to a common HRIS and payroll provider; 65 entities in 23 countries (2013 / 15).• Launch of Success Factors as common European talent solution for performance management (2015), compensation (2016), recruitment (2016), succession planning and learning (2017)• HR stream lead in multiyear project aimed to transform the corporate legal structure, merging the local sales companies and other entities into the EMEA mother company, to operate trough country branches in the local markets.

Reporting full to SVP Manufacturing, Bridgestone Europe, concurrently Bridgestone Hispania President, dotted line to VP Human Resources Bridgestone Europe.Accountabilities: In charge of leading all Human Resources areas, plus the legal department.Main projects:- 24th company collective agreement, including deep cost restructuring and innovative flexibility solutions- Big restructuring in the manufacturing area. In a context of labor reform, that generated many collective dismissals get anulled in Courts, the National Court declared the negotiation and agreement of our process was "exemplary".- Launch of internal company magazine
