Ensure design governance process, technical query, change management procedure are in place taken effect.• Ensure Provisional Acceptance occurs according to schedule.• Provide assistance to operations during performance test of Facilities.• Actively participate in safety programs, and promote high safety standards• Coordinates review / approval of deviations from Engineering Directives & General Design Specifications• Approve/review of procurement strategy and plan, agree on material specification, Identify long-lead items and key vendors selection. • Liaison with Corporate SME for technical challenges.
