Key responsibilities :i. Achieving sales target, growth with maintain product mix and maintainingcredit regulation.ii. Follow up on time collection of credit, overdue reduction and overallcollection.iii. Demand generation activities like house visit, project visit, and corporatehouse visit.iv. Maintaining good rapport with all stake holders like dealers, painters,contractors, govt. organizations.v. Conducting Painters workshop.vi. Maintaining good rapport with relevant govt. organization like PWD, LGED,EED, HED etc.vii. Coordinate and follow up marketing activities like activation, shelter branding,shop sign installation etc.viii.Network expansion activities.ix. Lead and follow up the secondary team.

Key responsibilities :i. Develop a balanced dealer network and acquire new business. ii. Achieve value, volume & product wise monthly sales and collection targets.iii. Develop and maintain strong business relationship with all stake holders.iv. Take proactive approach to resolve all customer issues and complaints.v. Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients. vi. Working closely with Dealers, Sub dealers, Retailers, Painters, Architects, Engineers, Interior Designers and Construction managers.vii. Take prompt action to resolve all customer issues and complaints if any.viii. Regular market visits, pursue new clients and report thereof of market activities on daily basis.ix. Monitoring the demand generation activities for ensuring secondary salesx. Train & motivate the sales team & demand generation team

Key responsibilities :i. Retail shop & Construction project visit and product promotion.ii. Achieve sales target in order to increase sales.iii. Set marketing plan to achieve sales target.iv. Prepare daily, weekly & monthly report to Area Sales Head.v. Monitoring competitors’ sales activity within territory.vi. Give appropriate guidelines to sales representatives & dealer too.vii. Ensuring brand awareness within territory meets organizationexpectations.viii. Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements.ix. To ensure proper delivery & solve any complain about product.
