Cloud Engineer
CurrentHands-on resilient, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructures, according to Cloud Security and Best Practices.- Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC): Designing and implementing infrastructure solutions using AWS CloudFormation and Terraform.- Complex Networking Architectures: Integrating diverse cloud and on-premises environments, ensuring seamless and secure communication utilizing services like AWS Transit Gateway.- Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Infrastructure Management: Deploying and managing highly available and scalable SaaS platforms, working with services such as ECS Fargate/EC2, RDS, ElastiCache and CloudFront to optimize performance and deliver exceptional user experiences.- Organization: Multi-account infrastructure management by leveraging the combined use of AWS Organizations and Control Tower. Using features such as CloudFormation's StackSets, AWS Config, and System Manager to automate control and CI/CD tasks. Employing serverless event-based techonologies via Lambda and EventBridge.- Incident Management and Monitoring: Identifying and resolving issues promptly, minimizing downtime. Proactively monitor cloud resources using AWS CloudWatch, routing issues through incident systems such as Freshdesk, PagerDuty and Jira.
