I help institutions and companies modernize their audiovisual production structures, from selecting the best solutions for each need or project to defining the ideal team profile and sourcing national and international suppliers.I am Fernando José Garcia Moreira, PhD in Social Communication and an educator, with over 35 years of experience in audiovisual production in both corporate and academic environments.My career spans technical project planning, program and documentary direction, and the coordination of live broadcasts for national and international events.As the President of the Brazilian Association of University Television (ABTU), I promoted the development of university television stations in Brazil and Ibero-America. During my tenure, I increased the number of affiliated stations and established strategic partnerships with national and international organizations, fostering collaboration and exchange among institutions.I also represented Brazil as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ibero-American Association of Educational and Cultural Televisions (ATEI), contributing to discussions and the formulation of policies for educational and cultural television.As a University Professor and Director of TV Univap, one of the first university TV stations in Brazil, I developed a technical and pedagogical project that involved students in all stages of audiovisual production, from recording to broadcasting. I trained hundreds of professionals who now work in major TV networks and production companies across the country. TV Univap became a reference in innovation and pedagogical practices applied to the audiovisual sector.For several years, I have worked as a Consultant in Audiovisual Technologies, assisting companies and institutions in the creation and modernization of studios and the implementation of digital technologies to enhance production quality. I have experience introducing sustainable and efficient practices in the use of audiovisual equipment, always focusing on the continuous improvement of processes.As a Speaker and Trainer, I have participated in various national and international events, including the Brazilian Society of Television Engineering Congress and events in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Panama, and Spain. My talks cover topics such as innovation in audiovisual production, digital convergence, virtual sets, and, more recently, the impact of Artificial Intelligence on the sector.
