I also offered assistance for the customers, to have their groceries be carried out after their groceries order was completed. As a pharmacy technician I helped fill prescriptions orders, answered phone calls, reorder medication, checked customer insurance coverage, and helped check out the customer prescription.

My job duties consisted of assisting customers over the phone with their internet services or computer problems. With each call I provided a warm friendly conservation and relationship, while solving the customer’s problem.
