Developer and tester for InSight application. I was in charge of bug fixing and general tests of the tool. I worked under the Scrum methodology. InSight is an add-in for MS Outlook that enables the user to search several data in a database using the Outlook environment.

Member of a development team for Europe and South Africa. I developed several applications in .NET framework with C# and the company’s tool InSite. The applications were developed for use in Teletech’s call centers. All the implementations were designed with Oracle databases. I worked connected with analysts in Spain and UK for companies like Orange, Salvat, TPI, etc. User’s training on the developed tools.

I was in charge of support and training of end users of an especific system. I did this job in different places around Argentina. I made part of implementations in Buenos Aires and Neuquén.

I designed many kind of reports about the bussines with the end users. In some cases I made de analysis of requirements.
