I am Director of a coordinated experiential ADR Program, awarding a certificate to graduating law students upon completion of certain required courses. I also teach Alternative Dispute Resolution, Negotiation Theory and Practice, and International Commercial Dispute Resolution. The Program also coordinates with and assists student dispute resolution teams, including entrants to the ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition in Paris and the VIS Commercial Arbitration Competition in Vienna, as well as several student ADR competitions in the United States. Three CLE programs are presented by the Program to the broader New York area legal community each term, and an annual Symposium on "ADR and the Young Lawyer" is offered each January, in conjunction with the ABA Business Law Section.

A legal practice devoted exclusively to service as mediator or arbitrator, and to consulting and teaching conflict management systems theory and practice. Also engaged in scholarship, public speaking, and professional associations such as the American Bar Association, the International Bar Association, and the World Mediation Forum.

Responsible for ADR initiatives in the franchise, insurance/reinsurance, employment and related fields. Planned and executed membership meetings featuring internationally renowned speakers. Responsible for programs, initiatives and partnerships in Europe, Africa and China. Interim President, March - September 2006.

Acted on Broadway, in Regional Theatres, and on Television. Directed student and professional productions in New York, London, and in Regional and University Theatres.
