Administration Assistant
CurrentGeneral Administration:File documents as established in the operating manual.Maintain up-to-date work files.Draft and send correspondence.Collect data and prepare reports for supervisor.Assistance in reviewing the budget before submission of final draft Liason with colleagues on the field about the financial progress of the grant.Assist Beneficiaries in correctly complying with the grant agreement. Workshops and related IT SupportFinance and Budget:Analysis and accounting of grant agreements in executionReview and audit of supporting documentation i.e: letters, invoices record accounts, bank statement,etc.Risk reporting and/or management in the event of a contract breach. Bank reconciliation between record accounts and bank estatement provided by the Beneficiary.Review of expenditures against approved budget.Follow-up of timely presentation of financial progress reports
