PhD in Organic Chemistry with great interest in synthesis, investigation of intermolecular interactions and dynamic systems. Nowadays fascinated with drug design, SAR - based lead optimization and advanced methods of drug synthesis. My current responsibilities at Molecule.one include management of high-throughput synthetic organic chemistry experiments for machine-learning generated predictive models of reactions particularly relevant in drug discovery.During my PhD and post-doc research I worked with artificial anion receptors with emphasis on chiral recognition. Optimal enantioselectivity of interactions was investigated using combinatorial approach. Multiple detailed analysis of supramolecular interactions made me skillful in NMR, UV-Vis and calorimetic titrations. I also investigated dynamic combinatorial libries of macrocylic disulphides, where carboxylates were used as templates to induce changes in the composition of the library under equilibrium. Sophisticated HPLC methods were required to analyse quantitatively the complex mixtures of library members.
