Managing all WASH Program's projects, activities, contractors, proposals and teams, while ensuring proper coordination with the WASH cluster, donors, authorities, and all stakeholders for the benefit of affected beneficiaries:- Delivering record-breaking growth and fundraising through exceptional leadership, and innovative strategy, making NFDHR the top local NGO in all aspects and within Yemen context.- Achieved the low-risk ranking among the main donors including OCHA, UNICEF, UNDP, OXFAM, CARE, and many other International NGOs. - Led the WASH Program to be the top program in terms of funding and number of beneficiaries.- Delivered 59 water supply systems and schemes to beneficiaries in fully operational conditions across 10 governorates, the whole water schemes were powered by solar pumping systems for reduction of operational cost to the most affected and vulnerable beneficiaries.- Delivered 2 operational sewage networks and finalized the technical design dossier for another 4 sewage networks waiting for funding opportunity- Conducted capacity building workshops for tens of members of water users associations and local water and sanitation managerial committees on operation, maintenance, and administration procedures of water supply projects and sanitation schemes.- Achieved the reach of over 2 million beneficiaries through comprehensive WASH interventions and hygiene promotion activities across 10 governorates in Yemen.

Successfully managed the implementation of life-saving comprehensive WASH and CCCM assistance to IDPs in eight IDP collective sites in Jahran district, Dhamar governorate, and Sehar, As Safra district of Sa'ada governroate as follows:- Construction of two water schemes (Anwaa) and (Alhadhen) in both governorates, serving 3 IDP collective sites, during the construction works, water trucking for 90 days were temporarily supplied.- Implemented construction of IDP latrines and sanitation facilities within IDP camps.- Provided vocational training to 150 IDP men and women to help them support their families.

Successfully managed the rehabilitation and augmentation works of "Oyoon Surdod" mega water scheme, including the following:- effective coordination with various stakeholders across 5 sub-districts and 140 villages, besides side-by-side coordination with local authorities such as GARWSP, local water and sanitation authority, and public water corporation. - Construction of 750KVA power house for operation of the mega water scheme.- Installation of four-stage pumps and rehabilitation of 5 concrete tanks.- Complete overhaul of of overhead electric cable to power up the pumps.- Complete rehabilitation of 56 KM distribution networks to 140 villages benefiting 21,094 individuals in Ar-Rujum district, Almahwit governorate.- Complete construction of two sewage networks in Aru-rujum rural city.

Successfully managed the project team and works towards achieving the following outcomes:- Installation and operation of seven water schemes across seven districts in Aljawf governorate.- Complete rehabilitation of 22 health facilities and renovation of WASH facilities to water schemes.- Hygiene promotion activities and technical assessments for restoration of major water schemes.

Due to the Civil War triggered in Yemen on 2015, the whole industries were brought to stall, including oilfield and construction sectors, while the humanitarian relief and NGOs sectors were thriving in response to the emergencies and humanitarian crisis, therefore, freelancing jobs included technical proposals writing, budgeting, technical planning, and preparation of various work plans.

Responsible for the project controls department at Head Office, reporting to MD, with hybrid work nature (on site/ head office) managing wide range of EPCC & construction projects in Oil and Gas, power, Civil and Structural sectors:- Achieved 85% progress of the EPCC works for the construction of $75 MN oil production Central Processing facility (CPF) for OMV (Yemen Block S2) Exploration GmbH, having a capacity of 60,000 bopd (barrels/day) including utilities, workforce camps, power plant, and tank farms, the project commenced on 2013 was brought to stall since the year 2015 due the wide national conflict in Yemen.- Planned and commissioned the construction and installation works of electrical wellpad substations for TOTAL E&P Yemen (Kharir Block 10), as part of a main gas power plant project in 2012.- Planned and controlled the construction and commissioning works of guard military camp and T-wall barriers for OMV (Yemen Block S2) Exploration GmbH.- Successfully planned and implemented three major maintenance shutdowns for (Yemen LNG) the liquified natural gas producer between 2011- 2013 in its Balhaf main plant.- Successfully constructed and commissioned 30 Km gas pipeline for Dove energy (Yemen Block 53) and within six months period back in 2009.- The department's workforce were consisting of 3 planners and 7 quantity surveyors.

Managed the frame contract with TOTAL E&P Yemen Block-10 for miscellaneous oilfield construction, rehabilitation, revamping, installation, and shutdown works, leading a team of over 300 persons of various disciplines:- Achieved over $2 MN in annual revenue under the frame contract.- Implemented all types of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, piping, tanks and vessels, QAQC, and NDT works. type of works include well connections, pipeline installations, Tank & vessel cleaning painting & inspections, electrical & instrumentation installations, civil construction, NDT, piping works, supply & erection of scaffolds, supply of qualified manpower to client, assistance to commissioning & major shutdown works.

Represented the client (HSA Group) from inception till commercial production (2005 -2008) to plan, control, track and monitor various EPCC contracts with international contractors to establish the greenfield cement plant:- Proud member of the Core team to build a 4200 TPD (tonnes per day) greenfield cement plant, the project included construction of 40MW Diesel Generated Power Plant, 360 TPH Packing Plant, Mining Activities, Utilities, infrastructures, NCC head office management buildings, staff and labor camps, & non-plant facilities.

Reported to GM, responsible for planning and scheduling of the EPCC greenfield Cement plant project ($250 MN mega project), tracking of project progress, review & integration of each MEIP contractor & subcontractor schedule, generation of Progress S-Curves, Daily, weekly, & monthly reporting, Progress measurement and presentations to Management and HSA Group's Board of directors.

Managed fabrication workshop to manufacture Solar Water Heaters for a startup company, supervised the fabrication works and a team of +50 workers and welders, re-designed the product for better thermal efficiency, and supervised the product installation at various locations.
