Hi, I'm Syed Faaiz Ali, a recent management graduate from the University of Toronto Mississauga, but you can call me an organizational marriage counselor. With over two years of experience in various roles, I've honed my ability to coordinate across departments to achieve common goals. I understand that conflicts are inevitable when working with multiple people or teams, so I step in to mediate and find creative solutions that address everyone's needs.I've worked as a project manager at The Tribe, a marketing coordinator at the Toledo Foundation, a supply chain intern at Optimum Advisory, and as an Operations Performance Intern at Nestlé. Currently, I'm a Program and Service Delivery Intern at the Government of Ontario, focusing on strategic projects in the Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation, and Trade.What sets me apart is my quick thinking and humorous approach, which adds value in fast-paced, dynamic business environments.
