Our first spirit—Sweet Pea Amaro—is the first commercial spirit in North America fashioned from distilled field peas, and it takes you through the wonders of the Canadian Prairies with its unique ingredients. Jaya Chai Liqueur is a modern take on a longstanding South Asian ritual.
