Key Resonsibilities:Requirements Gathering & Analysis – I would be in charge of gathering requirements (up to director level) using a number of methods by either holding workshops, interviews or protocol analysis. These requirements would then be validated with stake holders to ensure they are aligned with the current objectives.Process Mapping & Improvement – I would be in charge of understanding processes for current and future projects and create “as-is” and “to-be” models. These processes will be documented or modelled using both BMPN (swim lane diagrams) and UML techniques such as use cases.Stakeholder Management – It is my responsibility to keep all stake holders satisfied while ensuring the project progressing in-line with the current objectives. I will communicate with them frequently through formal and informal catch ups, KPI meetings or presentations.Training – I am responsible to make sure all employees are competent to use our systems. I provide training services on a one-to-one basis and group sessions.Change Management – When processes and systems change, it is my responsibility to ensure all stake holders are aware of the new change, involve them in the decision making if necessary and ensure the transformation process is smooth with minimal resistance from employees.Project Management – with a mix of business analysis as well project management, I am solely accountable for the projects which effect cost, revenue and efficiency. I will run the project on a agile or waterfall approach depending on the requirements.Software integration – I will be responsible for the requirements gathering, devising workflow and training users.Oversee site launches – ensure the ecommerce, content, finance and tech teams work together to successfully launch Wedo trading websitesWebsite and software testing – I will either create automated test scripts using Selenium IDE or run tests step by step manually by creating and following a test plan.

As a conent editor I was responsible for writing SEO friendly copy for products across 6 niche e-commerce stores in order to improve conversion rates. In addition to this proof reading my colleague's work was also a huge part of this role.
