As part of the Technical Training Team I designed, planned and delivered dedicated Training sessions to strategic customers and alliance partners on key Trend Micro solutions for Intrusion Prevention, Anti-Malware, Data Loss Prevention, and among the most relevant ones I want to mentionTelus – Toronto (CA) - I designed, planned and delivered dedicated training sessions to Telus support engineers on their internal anti-malware solution based on Trend Micro Office Scan Corporate Edition with Data Loss Prevention.Johnson & Johnson – (NY, USA): I designed, planned and delivered a set of dedicated training sessions to J&J support engineers on their internal intrusion prevention and anti-malware solution based on Trend Micro Deep Security and Office Scan Corporate EditionDell – Atlanta (Ga, USA): I designed, planned and delivered dedicated training sessions to Dell support engineers on their internal intrusion prevention solution based on Trend Micro Deep Security.IBM – Boulder (Co, USA). I designed, planned and delivered dedicated training sessions to IBM support engineers on their internal intrusion prevention and anti-malware solution based on Trend Micro Deep Security, Trend Micro Office Scan Corporate Edition and Trend Micro Control Manager Server.CSC Cybersecurity – New Delhi (India). I designed, planned and delivered dedicated training sessions on Deep Security and Office Scan Corporate Edition to CSC support engineers.I used to travel worldwide for about 50% of my work time and this provided me a perfect understanding of all different types of audience and stakeholders and how to build, and maintain work relationships with them.

For Unicredit S.p.A. I was member of the Project Management Office team for the development of a new Human Resource Management System based on SAP. The overall Project involved an average of 100 professionals for about two years and I was in charge of the System Integration area. My responsibilities were to coordinate workgroups of developers from different departments and business partners, providing technical guidelines, evaluating and enforcing time schedule, designing and planning integration tests, evaluating compliance to quality requirements. The project budget was about 7,000,000€ with 20% dedicated to System Integration area.For Telecom Italia S.p.A.: As a member of the Project Management Team, I worked on the development of a new Customer Relationship Management solution based on Siebel. As part of the System Integration area of the project I was in charge of a group of programmers to design and develop software interfaces with the legacy systems based on various OSs like Windows, HP UX, Solaris and IBM OS/3090. The overall Project involved an average of about 150 professionals for about 2 years. For British Telecom S.p.A.: As a Project Leader I worked for about one year on the development of a Web Hosting solution based on both Microsoft and Open Source platforms. I was also in charge of the system integration between the Web portal and other intranet systems.

Italian Ministry of Justice (Rome). As a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer I worked on the migration of a country wide IT infrastructure from Unix to Windows platform in order to address Y2K compliancy requirements. The solution consisted in migrating the existing network infrastructure to a Domain based windows network. I also reverse engineered the existing Unix shell scripts and developed equivalent windows scripts based on Windows Scripting Host (WSH).

Banca Nazionale del Lavoro (Rome). I took part in the development of a three tier Enterprise Web Application based on innovative Microsoft technology. It was a full object oriented designed application based on Microsoft Internet Information Server, Transaction Server, SQL Server all based on Windows NT operating system. I developed various business objects (in the form of DLLs), with the purpose of instantiating data objects and fetch data to be provided to the presentation layer. Programming languages used: Visual Basic, C++, HTML. Object Oriented development tool: Rational Rose.
