Assunto per ricoprire il ruolo di ufficio tecnico, rimasto vacante dopo ricostruzione societaria. Ditta che produceva impianti di macellazione ed attrezzature/accessori di complemento. Prima attività di ufficio, dove ho sfruttato al meglio le esperienze lavorative fatte in precedenza. Sebbene alle prime armi, mi sono distinto per i ragionamenti che affrontavo nella definizione delle cose da disegnare, confrontandomi con il venditore, mostrando da subito una predisposizione a disegnare le cose come le vorrebbe chi le va ad installare. Per una formazione più veloce, l'azienda mi mandava in cantiere a montare ciò che avevo disegnato. Quindi oltre ad una esperienza tecnica dentro l'ufficio, mi sono fatto un'esperienza pluriennale anche nella vita in cantiere come montatore/installatore, imparando e consolidando le qualità che servono nel ricoprire questi ruoli.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Hired to fill the role of technical department, that was vacant after the restoration of the company. Although I was a beginner, I distinguished myself by my reasonings regarding what to draw, comparing them with the seller, showing an ability to draw suitable things for the workman who will install them. For a faster vocational training, the company sent me to a building site to assemble what I had drawn. Therefore I gained a multiannual experience in construction sites as an assembler/fitter, learning and strengthening the qualities required for these roles, in addition to technical experience into the office.

Assunto come operaio specializzato, con la promessa di diventare il primo disegnatore meccanico in azienda. Ho iniziato la gavetta nel reparto "pese a ponte" (dove vanno sopra i camion), per poi passare al reparto bilance ospedaliere (emodialisi). A fine rapporto (le promesse non erano state mantenute, l'ufficio tecnico non venne aperto), ero a capo del reparto, con 3 tecnici da coordinare, nella produzione e nelle assistenze fuori sede. Qui ho imparato a lavorare il ferro alla vecchia maniera, martellando sull'incudine, a montare componenti meccanici di precisione e soprattutto a cavarmela nelle assistenze fuori sede. Non si poteva tornare a casa senza aver risolto il problema !------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Hired as a skilled worker, with the promise to become the first mechanical designer engineer in the company. I started my experience in the "weighbridge" department (where the lorries pass) and then I moved to the hospital scales department (hemodialysis). At the end of the employment relationship (the promises were not kept, the technical office was not open), I was at the head of the department, with three technicians to coordinate in production and off-site assistance. Here I learned to work iron hammering on the anvil, to assemble precise mechanical components and especially to manage the off-site assistance. You could not go home without having solved the problem!
