Fabian Piorkowsky has acquired an impressive array of qualifications and experience. After successfully starting up his own business in the nineties, which is now one of the top ten creative agencies in Germany, he left for Vignette Corporation in 2000 to pursue a corporate career. After providing technical leadership for the Professional Services organization of Vignette Central and Eastern Europe he later that year took up responsibility for VPS Operations in Vignette corporate headquarters in Austin, Texas as Manager Worldwide Operations. In 2001 he moved from Operations to Sales, heading up Presales in the Northern EMEA region. Moving back to Germany the year after he headed up Presales in Central and Eastern Europe. After five years with Vignette he took the opportunity to make use of his extensive experience and contacts and start up a management consultant company for strategic projects with big customers like DaimlerChrysler, EADS, NHS, BAA and the UK Houses of Parliament. Since 2007 he has been working as Vice President, IM Technology at JPMorgan Chase in London until he left in April 2008 to join Virtusa as a Director and take up the opportunity as Head of Vignette Practice, EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa).
