I manage the development work for two of Formelio's products with a scrum team of developers, building in both front- and back-end improvements and new features. As these solutions operate in a regulated and still evolving space, I also need to ensure compliance to standards and participate in discussions and processes of guiding the creation of future ones.Formelio's products that I work with are:- HINQ DVA - solution facilitating the transfer of standardised data from medical organisations' source systems to other parties and platforms, handling authentication and connections.- Ivido PGO - end-user facing platform and mobile application allowing users to retrieve and view their own medical data from their medical organisations in a personal health environment (persoonlijke gezondheidsomgeving - PGO).

Focusses: Strategy, Data and Development- Performed market analysis, prototyping, and development of MVP for initial product launch in mid-2020.- Guided by collected customer feedback, drove a process of continued development and pivots in product-market-fit, value proposition and products using agile techniques.- Designed and built databases to manage over 100k new user-generated entries per day.- Designed, planned, and built Django back-end (python) processes for a variety of data-driven web-app based services, typically accessed through APIs. - Besides operational, engaged with administrative duties including accounting, tax-filing and corporate reporting, legal and HR.

- During my time with Equidam, I worked with over 45 companies from around the world in industries ranging from Corporate Financials Services and Financial Market Operators and Exchanges, Food Retail and Distribution, Real Estate Development and Operations, to Consumer Publishing and Advanced Medical Equipment and Technology, among others.- At its core, Equidam is a leading provider of online business valuation. Offering the ability for companies to calculate their valuation in a fraction of the time and cost of standard valuation services, Equidam allows entrepreneurs to enter investor negotiations and other valuation related discussions with the necessary understanding of their value and business potential.- A key element to a fair and defensible valuation lies in the financial projections on which it is based. In Equidam's consultancy department, I worked together with entrepreneurs to develop company specific projection models. Built to reflect the operations of the underlying business, these models offer an in depth and broken down view of the companies position on a monthly basis, offering important insights to assist in the planning for fundraising and future business developments and activities.

Following my internship with Daimler, I was offered to continue in my current capacity and work with the contracted software developer. My tasks primarily involved bug testing and reporting of the software in development, but I was also involved with other business development activities including the building a new website for a CPS product, and assisting in other projects CPS was currently undertaking.

With little experience in software, I entered Daimler’s software development department to assist with the building of functions that are later programmed into a car’s ECU (Engine Control Unit), I was soon heading the quality control of a new software currently being developed to replace the current software used to build these functions. During the implementation phase I offered further assistance through tutorials, workshops and as a go-to person for how the new software operated.
