Fabián D’Aiello has more than 25 years of experience in the field of corporate finance. He is specialized in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), debt restructuring, syndicated loans and other forms of corporate financing and venture capital. He has also advised local and international clients in complex transnational operations. Additionally, he has written several articles on his area of expertise for local and international publications and journals.He is currently the General Counsel of IMPSA S.A., an Argentine-based company providing state-of-the-art technological solutions and high value-added products worldwide for the design and production of Hydro and Wind power generators, as well as equipment for Nuclear Power Stations and products and services for the Oil & Gas Industry.After leading IMPSA’s debt restructuring (for a total of US$1.2 billion) as counsel to the Creditors’ Committee, he was invited to join the Company as General Counsel on November 2018. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of IMPSA and Director of Legal Affairs of the Company, leading a team of lawyers located both in Mendoza and Buenos Aires. In addition to IMPSA’s day-to-day legal affairs, he is conducting a new debt restructuring and a process for the reestablishment of the Company’s capital structure which is expected to close in 2021.Previously, he was co-founder and partner at cfgd Abogados (later, Córdova Francos Abogados) since its launching on March 2011 until October 2018, a partner at Muñoz de Toro & Muñoz de Toro (later Muñoz de Toro Abogados) and in Cárdenas, Di Ció, Romero, Tarsitano & Lucero. He was also foreign associate at the New York office of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton.
