One of my key roles is to collaborate with the product engineering team to ensure quality objectives are maintained with product development. Additionally, I am actively involved with the development and integration of Quality Management Systems globally with every new acquisition.The key achievements from this role are:• Implemented ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 80079-34 and AS9100 management systems to enhance the existing ISO 9001 systems at various locations.• Integrated the North American and European Quality Management Systems to a single multisite ISO Certificate, while reducing management costs.• Improved Quality Inspection programs at both the main North American and European manufacturing facilities.• Enhanced supplier performance year after year by developing a supplier quality enhancement program with the procurement team.

As a Senior Project Manager, I served as a communication bridge between international customers, the Engineering teams, as well as top management to ensure project objectives were met as per the client’s expectations, and budget. I was assigned the tasks of developing tracking and reporting processes for all major project schedules worldwide, including complete project schedules, cash flow management reports, purchasing strategies, production plans, acceptance testing schedules/requirements, and logistic requirements for the successful delivery of equipment to the client's site, for senior management. It is worth mentioning that I coordinated closely with engineering and technical personnel on the design and integration of customer-specific solutions based on their requirements and expectations.Following are some of my accomplishments• Interfaced with customers at every step of the project deployment to ensure they understood the project status and addressed any questions or concerns immediately.• Managed onsite teams during system commissioning to ensure project objectives were met, completed on budget, and as per client expectations.• Developed project management techniques, processes, and reporting required to operate the PM program worldwide. During my time over here, I joined the management team to implement lean strategies to improve the manufacturing flow and integration process for RF communication equipment into specialized communication and safety systems. I delivered strategic leadership in managing the day-to-day operations at the Canadian manufacturing and integration facility, including scheduling, manufacturing, testing and assembly of all communication products and systems, equipment maintenance and calibration scheduling, inventory control and procurement of raw material, service components and finish products, Quality Management System, health and safety program at the facility and with product service. Additionally, I was held responsible for the department budget on an annual basis, as well as for meeting productivity and financial targets.Following are some of my accomplishments• Participated in product development meetings with the engineering team before prototype stages, as well as “first-run".• Improved ISO 9001 Quality Management System from a system that only passed audits to one that promoted a culture of continual improvement.

I was proactively involved in subcontractor prototyping and manufacturing of custom hardware solutions.
