My responsibilities include but were not limited to:1. Ensured that HSE practices comply with client's HSE requirements stated in the Contract Exhibit M, ensured that proper measures and procedures were being implemented by everyone concerned, and that all risks were evaluated.2. Ensured the implementation of the approved project HSE plan.3. Monitored and reported the Health, Safety and Environmental performance on the to clients.4. Participated in Risk Assessment and Review of Job Safety (Loss) Analyses (JSA or JLA) with workers and developed new JSA when needed.5. Managed the action tracking system regarding all construction related items, kept updated all construction HSE site statistics and ensured proper follow-up of leading and lagging indicators.6. Ensured proper reporting, highlighting critical issues to the project management and proposing remedial actions and daily review of anomalies.7. Undertook site HSE audits & safety compliance inspections, and ensured corrective actions, recommendations were conclusively closed out.8. Ensured that site personnel received basic HSE induction training as well as the minimum HSE training and competence required to perform their duties in a reliable and safe manner.9. Ensured that Hazard identification/reporting, accidents reporting and investigation were continuously undertaken and comply with related client's general specifications and guide manual.10. Participated in the site emergency preparedness and follow-up the improvement measures undertaken after the regular exercise.11. Ensured that subcontractors and workers have all necessary written authorization for their activities.12. Took part in the preparations and attended the meetings of the site HSE committees.13. Ensured that risk assessment was performed before each potentially dangerous activity.14. Carried out any other duties or tasks that were assigned to me by management.
