Former President of Dow Latin America, responsible for developing and overseeing Dow’s regional strategy and financial performance, as well as leading Dow’s reputation in the region, with increased focus and action around diversity and inclusion, customer and employee experience and sustainability. Joined Dow in 1992 as a sales representative at Dow AgroSciences, then worked in various positions throughout the company both in Latin America and abroad. Spent 18 years in the AgroSciences business ultimately assuming the role of President of Dow AgroSciences in Brazil, September 2009. In 2011 I was named Commercial VP of the Packaging & Specialty Plastics business for Latin America and in 2015, named President of Dow Latin America. Experience serving as member of several Board of Directors (Dow Chemical Foundation, Vice President of the Executive Council at ABIQUIM (Brazilian Chemical Industry Association), Board member of the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM) in Brazil) Active member of Diversity and Inclusion Forums and Groups. Graduated in Agricultural Engineering in the University of Buenos Aires, in 1987, and received a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Austral University of Buenos Aires, in 1998.
