With over 8 years of experience in real estate management (sale & lease, portfolio management, ESG, digitalization, presentation etc.). I am currently leading a diverse portfolio with CBD assets in Zurich City and other cities in Switzerland with a value of around CHF 0.5 billion. I am also responsible for managing all sale and lease activities of our internal developments. Furthermore, I am responsible for real estate ESG targets, optimizing the ROE as well as reporting. My core competencies include negotiation, market analysis, risk management and stakeholder communication (UHNWI and key tenants). I am passionate about creating value for our clients and beneficiaries, as well as contributing to the sustainability and innovation of the real estate industry.
