Ensuring quality introduction of new technologies by facilitating alpha and beta tests and driving product readiness via rapid issue resolution within project teams to meet tight release timelines. Point of contact for various stakeholders throughout the product generation process and gate-keeper of go4beta and go4volume decisions in alignment with various stakeholders (Applications, Design&Engineering, Industrialisation, Sequence, Product Lifecycle Management, Customer Support, Software Rollout, System Upgrades/Install/Relocation, Customer Supply Chain, Regional Support & Planning)Main Projects supported:• (1/2 year project) multi-week hardware upgrade that extends the optics lifetime (#1 business prio),• (1/2 year project) hardware upgrade to reduce particle contamination of wafers by >20%,• (3/4 year project) multi-week hardware upgrade to increase system power by ~3%,• (1.5 year project) emergency issue resolution management for a component (design) issue that put half fleet at risk of system down within 6months. Daily follow-up with ASML San Diego team and intervention in ASML processes resulted in no system down with minimal availability loss. After rapid issue resolution drove for major redesign of failing component plus added supplier QC and introduction of local repair center to refurb and turn over defective units more quickly and cost-efficiently.
