Development Manager
Current▪ Managed Project Teams of different sizes, with a maximum of 170+ members while also directly managing up to 10 Direct Reports.▪ Created long term development plans for my direct reports in order to help them achieve both their personal goals as well as company / business goals. ▪ Managed and implemented change in my team rhythm of business while transitioning to a working from home model. ▪ Partnered with the Development Team on refining our end to end approaches on a Live Service product, with the ultimate intent of reducing time from Production phase to the moment the product reaches end users hands. This covered multiple aspects, from adapting development flows on multiple build branches, refining Milestone Dates to suit both Dev and QV as well as adapting the QV Team Structure in order to better align on development workflows.▪ Worked closely with external partners on defining Roles and Responsibilities for all Team Members.▪ Responsible and accountable for creation of Integrated Test Plan, covering the end to end QV Test Strategy, Hardware Capacity, as well as overall Team Capacity during different project phases. Calculated effort needed to deliver at different stages of the project as well as revising Team size and overall ramp plan.▪ Implemented data-driven quality verification and road to final model trough dedicated Data Analytics support. Tracked Coverage Vs Yield per process, updated our Test Strategy in order to make use of processes having the highest yield of bugs as well as calculated Bug Projections. ▪ Worked closely with the Automation teams in order to identify features and areas of the game that can be automated in order to reduce manual effort and ultimately project costs. Calculated Return of Investment for all Automation scripts being run on the project. ▪ Recruited both external and internal talent through interviews, covering multiple roles from SrAnalysts, Project Leads to other Development Managers.
