Process all HR and Payroll related paperwork such as New Hires, Terminations, Bonuses, Tax Forms, Direct Deposits, PTO, status changes, rate changes, retroactive payments, and manual checks. Process multi-state garnishments and weekly/bi-weekly payroll for 6,500+ employees in-house. Assists in the process of payroll invoicing every two weeks for accounting purposes. Distributes W-2 tax forms and makes corrections as needed. Process and distribute manual checks as needed. Provide customer service over the phone and email to properties across the United States by resolving their payroll issues and questions in a prompt and satisfactory manner. Ensure employees are paid accurately and timely while following state and federal laws.

Support the department staff (management, instructors, records) in multiple locations including all administrative duties associated with the day-to-day functions of the department. Coordinate schedules and training materials for initial and recurrent training courses. Maintain department budget and expense records, process payroll for the department including union and non-union groups, purchase and maintain supplies, equipment, and training materials. Communicate with domestic and international vendors for up-to-date training materials and resources. Process training status reports for stations throughout the company. Create and maintain department records database. Process weekly status reports for department Manager and Supervisor and other ad-hoc reports. Enter and update employee and vendor training records in iLearning and iLaManager systems.

Distribute bi-weekly payroll to 9,000+ west employees. Answering phones on a multi-line system and assist the front desk for employees with questions regarding their payroll. Open, code, and distribute all incoming faxes and mail. Process owing terms, garnishments, expense reports, direct deposits, and payroll tax paperwork. Research and log all returned checks. Assist with the processing stop payments of payroll checks. Use the Cyborg and Oracle system, as well as being proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access. Help organize the company payroll distribution consolidation project.
