Fabian Vitte is a Engineering Supervisor at Renishaw. He possess expertise in cad design with catia v5 v6, manufacturing, project management, mechanical engineering, mechanical product design and 16 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "During his visit to our Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Department, Mr. Vitte worked in a research project entitled “Fluid Damper Analysis Support”, a collaboration between our University and the NASA Marshall Space Flight Center for the development of fluid-structure damper technology. Mr. Vitte’s work involved mechanical design, calculation and analysis, as well as fabrication, assembly and testing of the system when completed. He worked in a team of two engineers in developing a reconfigurable test platform for experimental characterization of fluid-structure dampers in both 1-DOF and 2-DOF. Fabian was able to quickly adapt to the different circumstances in a foreign country. He is able to successfully complete multiple tasks with excellent results despite deadline pressure, and showed outstanding organizational skills. He consistently demonstrated an ability to rise to any challenge that he faced and was able to present creative ideas and communicate the benefits. He can work very well in cooperation with a team. He is very responsible, reliable, honest and liked by his peers. Fabian is always pleasant, on time and carried out every aspect of his work to the highest possible standard. Mr. Vitte was a great asset to this project. He is not only intelligent but also hard working. His work was always meticulous and very professional. He demonstrated to be autonomous and well organized, and proposed several solutions to the technical problems he found during his internship, showing he is thorough, competent, creative and passionate about his work. He showed great dedication and focus on his work. He never stopped until the task asked from him was completed. Mr. Vitte demonstrated a capacity to work proficiently across the different aspects of mechanical design and engineering, including conception, system integration, computer modeling and fabrication. I enjoyed working with Fabian during his stay and am confident that he will be an asset to any company or Laboratory that he joins when he starts his engineering career.
