My professional experience was obtained in companies from different sectors but mainly in multinational corporations. I have particular expertise in the administrative, financial, project coordination, HR support, governance and also in international affairs.These professional experiences have raised my awareness of the importance of building strong relationships with all teams in an organization and on working together especially on how to deal with internal and external stakeholders from different backgrounds in a multicultural environment and being sensible and flexible in order to adapt to find a common solution to achieve an end result.I have experience in administration and project management, not only from a commercial side, but also in the social dimension, supporting and building long lasting relationship with local governments, private institutions and NGOs. I have supported project in cross-sector areas like Education, Health, Environment, Infrastructure, Social entrepreneurship, among others. I have also supported several business and diplomatic missions from Sweden and from the United Kingdom to Brazil. Moreover, during my work at Huawei, Arcca, GE and the British Council, I was directly involved either supporting or coordinating several stages of the project life-cycle, which included: Initiation (pre-financial analysis and feasibility), Planning (schedule, budget and resource allocation), Production (execution of milestones), Monitoring and Closing (project evaluation). On the Human Development matters I had the chance to be trained and certified in the methodology of Emotional Intelligence Coaching.At UN Global Compact Network Brazil, I am reponsible for governance and operations. Straightining our internal actions with the best Compliance practices in line with the sustainable development goals agenda.
