I discovered my passion since I was a child. I was always curious, and I loved taking things apart from my toy and putting them back together. Thus, my affection continued growing, and I obtained a mechanical engineering degree from the State University of Amazonas.Nowadays, I am still doing what I love. I have performed in operation manufacturing for over 10 years. I have hands-on experience coaching and mentoring diverse teams in fast-paced, complex, and demanding.
